The successful campaign promoted a complex product which basically offsets a customer’s mortgage against their savings, enabling them to pay off their debt faster.
The campaign was so successful that the product now represents 25 percent of all Kiwibank’s home loan business written and it also generated a whopping 66 percent increase in leads.
In turn it tied in beautifully with the bank’s brand essence which is based on the core value of “helping Kiwis get out of debt faster”.
